    Shipping Policy

    The order processing time is 1–2 working days before dispatch. Our team does everything possible to ship your order within 24 hours. If an order is placed on a Saturday after 11am, it will most likely be dispatched on Monday.

    Our team does not control delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you have any questions, please contact us at getportalbeauty@gmail.com.

    Our products are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.

    Our Returns Policy

    If you still need to return a product, we understand. Please see the details below:

    • You may return photographic backdrops within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • Please complete the tracking form below to ensure your return is processed correctly. We require the tracking number in order to process the return.
    • Products must be new and unused.
    • Products with custom logos cannot be returned.

    You will receive a full refund for the product. The refund will be credited to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase and will be processed within 20 working days after we receive the returned item.
