We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must include the original packaging and all tags.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
European Union Right of Withdrawal (5 Days)
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase (Portal Beauty is not responsible for customers' impulse purchases) or return your order within 5 days.
The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
